Description

Core pine plank Untreated, like our other pine products, comes from the forests of Norrland. It is a high-quality product consisting of at least 99 percent heartwood. When assembled, the trolley has a natural wood color, but if left untreated, it will take on an even and beautiful silver gray shade over time. The process usually takes between a few months and a couple of years depending on the climate and conditions. Please note that the minimum order is 20 square meters.

Storage

• Protect the trolley from direct sunlight and precipitation. Store the trolley outdoors under a roof or well covered. Ensure ventilation between timber and ground.

Mounting

• Preparatory work: CC distance joists, we recommend a maximum of CC 600 mm.
• Ventilation : It is important to have good ventilation and air flow under the trolley deck, therefore the trolley should be at least 30 cm from the ground. Recommended distance between the boards 5 mm.
• Consumption: 7 running meters per square meter
• Fastening: Screwing with a drilling screw is recommended. Stainless acid-resistant screws must be used, at least A2 quality. In a location close to the sea, A4 quality is recommended. The screw is countersunk so that the screw head is level with the wooden surface. Leave 15 mm against house wall and other fixed installations. Install the planks with 5 mm intervals. In the vicinity of end timbers and edges, pre-drilling is recommended to avoid cracking. Oil the end surfaces before assembly.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: When cleaning a normally dirty trolley, use water, soap and a scrub brush. Before surface treatment or if the surface is heavily soiled, cleaning with agents intended for this purpose is recommended.
• Surface treatment: For better durability, we recommend that the trolley be treated annually or as needed. We recommend treating pallets that are assembled under the open sky.
