LK 160 SmartBio® HS 1.1 Automatic Charging

Description

LK 160 SmartBio is an electronic charging automatic with several hydraulic schemes for energy efficiency of heating systems with accumulator tanks. The selected hydraulic schedule and operating status are shown on the backlit color display.

The LK 160 SmartBio can also activate an immersion heater or burner if the temperature in the technology tank falls below the selected temperature. LK 160 SmartBio HS 1.1 is a complete kit for charging and discharging between technology tank and slave tank. LK 160 SmartBio controls the two circulation pumps between the tanks. At the selected temperature, the charge pump starts and transfers energy from the technology tank to the slave tank. When the temperature in the technology tank drops, the recharge pump starts and returns energy to the technology tank.

To prevent self-circulation in both directions, the double-acting non-return valve is mounted between the pumps.
