LK Ingjutningsdosa single and double are intended for prefabricated or cast-in-place concrete walls.

Description

LK Ingjutningsdosa single and double are intended for prefabricated or cast-in-place concrete walls. For double box, pipe exit is from wall with variable c/c distance from 150-160 mm. Supplied with c/c 150 mm but is easily adjustable to c/c 160 mm. The distance between the boxes in a wall with a sealing layer for tap water or heating pipes must be at least 60 mm.

Along with the potting box comes a mounting kit for attachment to the wall form as well as an extension neck to be able to mount a sealing sleeve. See assembly instructions. The accessory LK Mounting fixture concrete RSK 188 23 28 can be used when two boxes are to be fixed with c/c 150 or 160 mm in a form of wood. If the injection box is to be attached to a steel form, you can contact those who provide the form and see if they have magnets as accessories. The company P-form has produced a magnet that is adapted for LK Ingjutningsdosa, the product name is: Holding magnet 54/48 for LK UNI-dosa (Art. no. 97-54-12-LK-UNI).

ATTENTION! After the wall form is dismantled, LK Verktyg Wall box UNI/Grip V2, RSK 188 26 95 should be used for mounting the extension neck in the box.

Total built-in depth of box is 55 mm. Minimum c/c distance between pipe outlets is 80 mm. Use LK Connection couplings RSK 1881845, 1881847, 1881848, 1881849, 1881850, 1881851, 1881852, 1881853, 1881854 or 1881855 for connection to mixers and taps. LK Injection box is only delivered with PressPex coupling. Note that connection with LK PAL Universal pipe does not meet requirements in NT VVS 129 regarding inspection and replaceability.
