Description

Saw blade made of hardened corrosion-resistant steel. Balanced and with a stable laser-ground core for maintaining good cuts throughout the blade's entire service life. The blade is equipped with a 30C coating for optimal protection against rust and external influences. Precision ground center hole for optimal fit to the spindle. Laser-cut expansion slots that prevent the blade from deforming when heated. Uniquely designed laser grooves. Minimizes noise levels and vibrations in the blade. Titanium-reinforced precision ground HM teeth for optimal use. This extends the service life when sawing hard wood or aluminum and provides longer intervals between resharpening.

Teeth and grinding geometry: The quality and speed of a cut is based on the number of teeth and design of the blade. Blades with fewer teeth have fast cutting but produce a rough cut surface. Blades with many teeth have slow cutting but produce a fine cut surface. Alternating grinding (ATB): The design of the tooth angle varies alternately from left to right, the angle can vary between 10° to 25°. This design is intended for the most common types of work in hard/soft wood. Trapezoidal/straight-ground grinding (TCG): The design of the teeth alternates between a straight-ground and a trapezoidal-ground, slightly higher tooth. This eliminates chipping in materials such as laminate and hardwood. Can also be used for aluminum.
