Attefall House Big Lake with loft 30 square meters is a well-planned solution. With a ground floor of 30 sqm and a loft of 10 sqm, Storsjö provides plenty of space. The cabin is built with timber from Norrland and has a very stable construction. Storsjö is perfect as a summer cottage, guest cottage or as a residence all year round. Windows and front doors are delivered insulated, which helps to keep the heat stable.

Storsjö 30 sqm is one of the larger cabins from Baseco. The loft increases the area to a full 40 square meters. The Attefall house is built with a frame of 45x145 millimeter pine wood. The roof consists of 20x113/135 millimeter smooth rafters. The roof ridges are 45x170 millimeters and pre-cut. The eaves boards are 22x170 millimeter raw plane and should be finely cut during assembly. The wind boards are 22x170 millimeters raw plane and straight at one end, should also be finely cut during assembly.

The windows consist of 3 double windows that are 1278x925 mm including slats, lining and inner strip. There are also 2 single windows that are 925x660 mm including slats, lining and inner strip. The door consists of lining which is 22x120 mm raw plane. There is also an insulated outer door that is 890x1890 millimeters with window including inner strip, and an inner door that is 690x1890 mm.

The floor consists of floor loops that are 45x170 mm and ready-cut. The sill/carrying line consists of 45x145/120/95 millimeters and is pre-cut. The loft floor/ceiling is 30 millimeters with a falling length and is dried down and butted.
