Description

Nordanås is a corner cabin in a funky style that is perfect for the creative soul. With its spacious model and unique layout, it offers a variety of possibilities for a personal touch. A particularly exciting detail is the allotment in the corner, which can easily be expanded as desired. As well as being an aesthetically pleasing cabin, it also has a high level of functionality, with insulated windows and front doors that keep the heat in and provide a comfortable environment during colder months.

The frame at Nordanås consists of knotted timber in durable late-growth pine, with dimensions of 45x145 mm for extra stability. The roof is constructed with 20x113/135 mm smooth rafters and falling length for a neat and even surface. Eaves with a dimension of 45x195mm are pre-cut to facilitate assembly, and eaves and eaves boards of 22x170mm blank are also included and are finely cut on assembly.

Windows are of the highest quality and consist of 3 energy windows with the dimensions 1865x650 mm, including lining and inner strip, and one 925x660 mm energy window with inner strip. Doors are also included, with an all-glass exterior door in 10-21 and an all-glass exterior door in 15x21. Two interior doors in 7-19 mm pine and a sauna door in smoke gray 7-19 mm pine are also included. The lining is 22x120mm raw plane for a solid construction.

The floor at Nordanås consists of floor loops with dimensions 45x170 mm, pre-cut for easy installation. The floor is dried down for extra dimensional stability and has a falling length with end rafters, and has a thickness of 25 mm. Sill/carrying line has dimensions of 45x145/120/95 mm, pre-cut to further facilitate assembly.
