Description

Norrsele is a versatile attic house with an area of 25 square meters. This house is perfect for those looking for a summer cottage, guest cottage or extra space on the farm all year round. The cabin is delivered as a construction kit.

The construction of Norrsele cottage consists of a frame of impregnated wood, with dimensions 45x95 millimeters. The frame gives the cabin stability and durability. The roof is constructed with a smooth rafter panel, which is end rafter for easy installation. The roof is supported by roof ridges with the dimensions 45x120 millimeters, which provides sufficient support for snow and wind loads.

The floor in Norrsele cottage consists of a ready-cut sill of 45x120 millimeters, which rests on a support line of two logs of 45x95 millimeters. The floor is falling length and end-spanted for easy installation. The floor loops, with dimensions 45x120 millimetres, are also pre-cut and provide stability to the floor.

The cabin is equipped with windows, which provide both light and ventilation. The custom-made windows can be placed exactly where you want them, and the white energy windows provide a modern and efficient solution. The three windows have dimensions of 1278x925 millimeters, while the smaller window is 660x925 millimeters. Slats, moldings and linings are included in the delivery.

The Norrsele cabin comes complete with an exterior door (dimensions 9-19), the door has an energy window. An interior door of white or pine is also included, with the dimension 7-19. Moldings and lining for the doors are included in the delivery.

To protect the wood from the elements, Norrsele cottage can be painted or treated. The cabin is delivered untreated, but impregnated wood is used to protect against rot and pests.
