Description

Gysflash 18.12 PL is a multifunction charger with a power of 18 A, designed to charge 12V lead-acid and lithium batteries. It can also be used as a battery support unit, and its "Showroom" mode allows for safe support and maintenance of showroom cars.

• Dual technology: Lead-Acid & Lithium
• High performance, 18 A duty cycle at 100% (40 ° C).
• 3 charging currents: 7 A, 12 A and 18 A. Allows the user to select the charging current that best suits the battery technology and capacity.
• “Showroom” mode, ensures current compensation up to 18 A when using electrical accessories in a demonstration vehicle and during the diagnostic phase.
• “Supply mode”, provides a stabilized power supply so that the GYSFlash 18:12 PL can be used as a battery support device: This mode can also be used during battery replacement to maintain the vehicle’s memory.
• Optimized maintenance charging, the charger can remain permanently connected, for example during winter time, to maintain the battery. The “Auto Restart” function means that the charger will memorize the settings and restart automatically if a power outage occurs.
• Will charge discharged batteries from as low as 2V. 100% automatic charging.
• Extend the performance and lifespan of lead-acid (gel, AGM, liquid, calcium, etc.) and LiFePO4 (LFP) batteries.
• External temperature sensor, for optimal battery charging, whether it is summer or winter. The charger sets the charging parameters depending on the ambient temperature
• Lead-Acid: Specific 7-step charging curve for each battery technology. Can be left connected safely without supervision.
• Lithium (LFP): Specific 8-step charging curve without supervision.

2 Charging Modes

• Pb: for 12 V lead batteries from 15 Ah to 270 Ah.
• LiFePO4: for lithium iron phosphate batteries from 7 Ah to 270 Ah.

Function

• «UVP * Wake up»: reactivates a battery in protection after a deep discharge and automatically starts charging. (UVP: Under voltage protection)
• EBS technology (Equalizing Battery System) to ensure perfect balancing of battery cells.
