Description

Gysflash 30.12 PL is a multifunctional charger with a power of 30 A designed to charge 12 V lead-acid and lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4). It has 2 distinct, intelligent charging programs that guarantee the performance of each battery technology. It can also be used as a battery support unit and its “Showroom” (display) mode allows for the safe support and maintenance of showroom cars.

• Dual technology: Lead-Acid & Lithium
• High performance, 30 A duty cycle at 100% (40 ° C).
• 3 charging currents: 7 A, 15 A and 30 A. Allows the user to select the charging current that best suits the battery technology and capacity.
• “Showroom” mode, ensures current compensation up to 30 A when using electrical accessories in a demonstration vehicle and during the diagnostic phase.
• “Supply mode”, provides a stabilized power supply so that the Gysflash 30:12 PL can be used as a battery support unit: This mode can also be used during battery replacement to maintain the vehicle’s memory.
• Optimized maintenance charging, the charger can remain permanently connected, for example during winter time, to maintain the battery. The “Auto Restart” function means that the charger will memorize the settings and restart automatically if a power failure occurs.
• Will charge discharged batteries from as low as 2V. 100% automatic charging.
• Extend the performance and lifespan of lead-acid (gel, AGM, liquid, calcium, etc.) and LiFePO4 (LFP) batteries.
• External temperature sensor, for optimal battery charging, whether it is summer or winter. The charger sets the charging parameters depending on the ambient temperature.
• Lead-Acid: Specific 7-step charging curve for each battery technology. Can be left connected safely without supervision.
• Lithium (LFP): Specific 8-step charging curve without supervision.

2 Charging Modes

• Pb: for 12 V lead batteries from 15 Ah to 375 Ah.
• LiFePO4: for lithium iron phosphate batteries from 7 Ah to 375 Ah.

Function

• «UVP * Wake up»: reactivates a battery in protection after a deep discharge and automatically starts charging. (UVP: Undervoltage Protection)
• EBS technology (Equalizing Battery System) to ensure perfect balancing of battery cells.

• Protection of the vehicle's built-in electronics: protection against short circuit, reverse polarity and overcharging. Spark prevention system.
