Carrier batten steps are easily mounted by hooking the jumpers over both the roof tile and the carrier batten in the lowest part of the pan.

Description

Benders Bärläktsteg is used on houses with a facade height of no more than 4 meters and a roof slope of no more than 45 degrees to safely get up to the chimney, roof bridge, etc. The requirements may differ between different areas. Carrying ladder steps may need to be supplemented with a safety hook for a lifeline. Always check what applies in your area! Carrier batten steps are easily mounted by hooking the jumpers over both the roof tile and the carrier batten in the lowest part of the pan. Note that the batten must not be spliced or weakened by, for example, twigs where the supporting batten steps are to sit.

When installing support batten steps, derailment of the boiler needs to be done. This prevents the pan from lifting. In the case of folded clay brick, both the upper and lower pan must be derailed. The support batten steps must be mounted in a row directly above each other and must not be displaced laterally. The support batten step is adjustable and can be used for batten thickness 25-45 mm. Carrier batten step cc 350 mm is used for our roof tile Twin 2-cup clay tile.
