The lock also gives you smart automatic functions - let the lock unlock automatically when you get home and let it lock automatically when you close the door - it couldn't be easier.

Yale Doorman Classic Connected fits doors that have a Scandinavian standard lock. This is true for the vast majority of doors in villas, townhouses and holiday homes manufactured after 1980 and up to today. The lock is easy to install and the package contains what you need for a successful installation on the vast majority of doors.

The Yale Doorman Classic has a modern design and is designed to withstand the Nordic climate. The keypad is backlit, which simplifies handling in the dark. The lock is powered by standard batteries and in the unlikely event that the lock loses power while you're out and about, you can easily supply power with a 9-volt battery. If you are on the inside, you can always open the door even if the lock is de-energized.

Yale Doorman Classic Connected is approved in lock class 2A according to SSF 3522:2 and has a certificate issued by SBSC (Svensk Brand-och Säkerhetscertification AB). The lock is approved by insurance companies and recommended by the Swedish Theft Protection Association. Yale Doorman Classic Connected is compatible with Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT, Airbnb and Philips Hue. The lock is also prepared for In Home Services.

The lock contains the Yale Doorman Classic together with the Yale Access connection kit (Yale Access Module + Yale Access Wi-Fi Bridge).
