Description

This basic element is excellent for brick facades with a homogeneous brick structure or wooden frame. The F-element provides a stable, joint-free cast edge beam that serves as a support for the brick facade while also forming an edge for the ground slab. The element is used in the construction of new houses, small offices, kindergartens, and more. A release disk is placed in the outer edge beam against the outer vertical cellular plastic sheet. The release disk facilitates the removal of the outer cellular plastic sheet after casting. Once the outer cellular plastic sheet has been removed, a 100 mm smooth and even edge beam remains. This edge beam now serves as a support for the brick facade. The F-element is easily installed on a level and compacted surface. No bracing or shaping is required if backfilling is done, up to two-thirds of the element's height before casting. The dimensioning of the edge beam, reinforcement, and verification of the element's total load capacity are performed by the designer for each specific case
