Contains the species red fescue (Festuca rubra) which is an herb belonging to the grass family. Red fescue is one of the more important grass species for the establishment of lawns. For lawns, specially refined varieties are used, developed to, among other things, give lower annual growth. Red vetch (Agrostis cappilaris L.) is a low-growing, loosely tufted, perennial grass with a short rhizome. The straw is upright and up to six (6) decimetres high. The leaves are narrow, flat or folded together and the tip is short and blunt.
