Description:

The flange in the water heater is equipped with a magnesium anode and diving tube so that the control valve or thermometer can be connected. The diving pocket is 3/8" 12.5 mm inside. Length is 500 mm. A measurable magnesium anode is mounted on the flange.

The water heater is constructed as a steel tank with a welded steel spiral. This construction ensures that all parts that come into contact with water are effectively protected by METRO's unique EMAPAN enamel. The EMAPAN enamel provides effective driving protection, so that all VA-approved pipe materials can be connected to the water heater.

The enamel is fired at a temperature of 860°C, and the environmentally friendly porcelain layer is bacteria- and lime-repellent. The 3/4" spiral has a very low pressure drop, and is equipped with the air valve. It is therefore suitable for central heating.

Construction The tap water is heated by a pipe coil which is placed directly in the service water and thus utilizes the heat as efficiently as possible. The hot water temperature can be regulated with a thermostat either with a thermostatic control valve mounted on the pipe connection or by an electronic thermostat.

The container is molded with effective environmentally friendly insulation to ensure minimal heat loss. The outer cabinet is treated with impact-resistant lacquer that provides a clean surface.

For the water heaters, METROTHERM provides a two-year warranty according to AA VVS -09, plus an additional two years on pressure vessels. The warranty only applies if the installation and care instructions have been followed and only for installation in Sweden. 

Please note that the manufacturer's warranty is not applicable for units bought in Sweden and installed outside Sweden. We therefore recommend our clients to buy an machine insurance within the Villa-/Homeinsurance.
