Vertical or horizontal reinforcement at workplaces, without protection, poses a risk of personal injury. Protective cap Flexcap is used to encapsulate the ends of the rebar in order to prevent stab and/or cutting injuries. Flexcap is equipped with a foot collar which, in the case of thicker reinforcement, significantly facilitates attachment to the reinforcement. Grab the collar and pull downwards, alternatively use the mounting sleeve included in the package. When the mounting sleeve is threaded over the protective knob, it is placed firmly against the foot collar. With a push or blow on the mounting sleeve's hat, the protective knob is extended and easily threaded over the reinforcing steel.
