Description

Termotrall Furu is made of Nordic quality wood and has undergone a 100% natural heat treatment. The result is an environmentally friendly, durable and dimensionally stable product that can withstand the stresses of nature. With Termotrall Furu, you choose how you want the material to age. Surface treat the plank to keep the color or leave the wood untreated if you prefer the gray shade that heat-treated wood gets over time. Please note that the minimum order is 20 square meters.

Storage

• Protect the trolley from direct sunlight and precipitation. Store the trolley outdoors under a roof or well covered. Ensure ventilation between wood and ground.

Mounting

• Preparatory work: CC distance joists, we recommend a maximum of CC 450 mm.
• Ventilation : It is important to have good ventilation and air flow under the trolley deck, therefore the trolley should be at least 20 cm from the ground.
• Attachment: Screwing with a drilling screw is recommended. Stainless acid-resistant screws must be used, at least A2 quality. In a location close to the sea, A4 quality is recommended. The screw is countersunk so that the screw head is level with the wooden surface. Leave 15 mm against house wall and other fixed installations. Install the planks with 5 mm intervals. In the vicinity of end timbers and edges, pre-drilling is recommended to avoid cracking. Oil the end surfaces before assembly.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: When cleaning a normally dirty trolley, use water, soap and a scrub brush. Before surface treatment or in the case of heavily soiled surfaces, cleaning with agents intended for this purpose is recommended.
• Surface treatment: For better durability, we recommend that the trolley be treated annually or as needed. We recommend treating pallets that are assembled under the open sky.
