Cable Kit is a complete, durable and reliable underfloor heating system with a thin, high-quality heating cable. Approved for installation directly on combustible material. The system is primarily intended for heating tiles and natural stone floors, but can also be installed under wood, laminate and plastic carpet. 12-year warranty on the entire kit, including thermostat. The warranty covers 100% of the costs in the event of any damage.

The heating cable is thin and only 4mm thick. It is flexible and easily bendable, which simplifies installation. The cable is fixed with tape or glue sticks included in the package. The underfloor heating can be installed on top of existing floor structures such as concrete, plasterboard or chipboard. The cable is then laid in a thin layer of filler; tiles/natural stone 5 mm, wooden floors 8 mm, laminate 10 mm, plastic mat 15 mm. It is also possible to lay it in wooden subfloors. Maximum output as follows: On concrete substrates 160 W/m², on combustible substrates 120 W/m², in wooden subfloors 80 W/m², under wooden/laminate floors and plastic mat 75 W/m². In conservatories, 140-160 W/m² is recommended. The system must be connected to 230 V via a 30 mA residual current device. The heating cable must not be crossed or cut! The cold cable, which is 2.5 m, may be cut. The lowest installation temperature when attaching with tape is +18°C. At lower floor temperatures, the adhesiveness of the tape decreases. Filler should be applied as soon as possible after installation. If filling is applied later, press the tape firmly again before filling. The cable has a maximum installation temperature of -5°C. Cable Kit 200 consists of cable on drum, practical drum holder, thermostat EB-Therm 205 (front in Schneider Electric Exxact series), spiral hose, fixing tape, glue sticks. The thermostat EB-Therm 205 is equipped with fuzzy technology that provides a more even temperature and lower energy consumption. The thermostat has three temperature control functions; room thermostat, floor thermostat or a combination of both. There is an adjustable overheating protection that makes it suitable for, for example, wooden floors, which must not be warmer than 27°C. EB-Therm 205 has two energy saving programs. Choose between Home environment (reduction by 5°C Mon-Fri 08:30-15:00, Mon-Sun 23:00-05:00) and Office environment (reduction by 5°C at all times except Mon-Fri 06:00-18:00).
